Lakes Honorary Mayor Faith Jordan-Masella (second from left) was at the
Ground Breaking Event to celebrate the start of the first shopping
center. Publix Supermarket and Christo’s will be a part of the center.

for Stiles Corporation, Stew Gibbons-President of Connerton, and Lorrie
Glover-Marketing Director for Connerton. Stiles Corporation is the
National Developer of the Year. In May of this year, Connerton was named
"Best Community of the Year" by the Pasco Building Association. The New
Town swept all 6 awards in the "Neighborhoods on Parade" category at the
2006 Pasco Building Association Parade of Homes Awards Banquet.
Connerton received recognition for Best Community Entrance, Best
Community Master Plan, Best Community Streetscape, Best Community
Amenities, Best Environmental Sensitive Community and the overall Best
Community of the Year.

celebrate the start of the first shopping center at the New Town in
