 Gulf Coast Turf and Tractor, LLC began in November of 2000 with a mission to become the premier equipment dealer for the West Coast of Florida.. With over 30 years dealership business experience in the Tampa Bay area Gulf Coast ownership expanded into agriculture, commercial, and landscape equipment dealerships. Managing dealership businesses in Florida made it a natural to expand into a Kubota Tractor dealership. Their first dealership located in Plant City, Florida was opened in June, 2001 and quickly grew to be the largest volume dealership in the Bay area. Gulf Coast opened their second location in Land O’ Lakes in October 2001 operating under the name Gulf Coast Tractor and Equipment. Within 3 years the Gulf Coast Group became the Kubota leader for the state of Florida and top 5 in the Southeastern division. The overall success forced ownership to expand both operations and Gulf Coast currently operates with over 12 acres and 30,000 square feet of office, showroom, and service facilities. Their management staff currently operates the largest parts inventory, equipment inventory, service staff and sales staff of any Kubota dealer in Florida. They are proud to be considered as a top performer in the United States and for being honored by the manufacturer to be a member of the President’s Circle. Community involvement has been another key to their success.  Their dedicated staff remains involved with local charities, chambers of commerce, rotary and non-profit organizations. Employees, managers and ownership are dedicated to honest, fair and ethical trade practices.  They offer tractors, construction equipment, utility equipment, mowers, and pre-owned equipment.  They also offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental rates on tractors, tractor loaders and backhoes, mini excavators, articulated loaders, and utility vehicles for those short term jobs. Need service? They provide 7-fleet service anywhere in Florida, with pick-up and delivery available. Their Kubota Certified Mechanics stand ready to do everything from changing the oil to a complete engine overhaul.
