My Gym Children's Fitness Center of New Tampa hosted an open house Saturday, August 25th for local residents and kids to meet the staff, see the facility, play and have fun. The open house took place on Aug 25 and 26, 2007 at 10 AM - 5 PM at 2237 Ashley Oaks Circle inside Seven Oaks--off SR 56-between I-75 and Bruce B. Downs.
"We are excited for the opportunity to let the New Tampa community know what My Gym is all about," said Mark Fetters, owner of My Gym of New Tampa. "My Gym is more than just a fitness facility for children-it's a place to empower them by helping to develop the skills, confidence and positive self-image they need to become healthy young adults." During the open house, parents were able to register their children for My Gym's various fitness classes and birthday parties. In addition, My Gym of New Tampa had local vendors (Pasco Co. fire truck, finger printing, bounce house, childern activities and more).
Created in 1983, My Gym Children's Fitness Centers are bright and exciting facilities where children actively participate in a variety of structured, weekly physical education classes to gain social skills and self-esteem.
